"Sharp blades, but still felt safe"
The blades are definitely sharp, which I’m assuming is why they cut so smoothly without much effort. Overall it felt safe to use, though I did nick myself once, so I’d still be a little careful.

"Didn’t really work, and support wasn’t helpful"
This just didn’t do much for me. It felt dull and kind of useless, and when I tried to figure out what I was missing, the whole thing had this vibe like it was somehow my problem to deal with. Not a great experience.

Shipping was super quick and everything went smoothly. Usually these things always take forever, so I was surprised when it got here early. No issues at all.

"Felt Like I Was Waiting Forever for Support"
I reached out hoping for a quick fix, but it felt like my request disappeared into the void. The replies came way too late, and when they finally did show up, they didn’t really help much. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating when you’re just trying to get something sorted.

"Good training, but the waiting was frustrating"
The training itself was really good and easy to follow. I learned a lot from it, but I did get frustrated with the waiting at times. Once things got going, though, it was definitely worth it.
